"Pep could come in and not improve that team": lack of SPARK and tactics from Jaissle

The Everything is Black and White podcast panel analyses Newcastle United's troubling run of four defeats in their last five matches since the international break.

The discussion highlights the poor Monday night performance against Everton, where the team failed to break down a defensive setup and lack of creativity.

Sean McCormick, Ross Gregory and Stuart Jamieson express concern over Matthias Jaissle's tactical shift toward "vertical football," comparing the current long-ball style and lack of midfield control to the Steve Bruce era.

The EIBAW team questions whether the current struggles stem from players failing to implement the manager's instructions or if the training ground methods are simply no longer effective.
