Todd Liebenow from Forgotten Filmcast and Cartoon Breakdown is back, and this time we're continuing our look at the Strike Commando films with "Strike Commando II." Before that though, we discuss Todd's newest podcast show, Cartoon Breakdown, and some of the cartoons he's discussed so far. Then with "Strike Commando II" we try to make sense of why this was made, why it has Richard Harris, why we had so much fun with it.
