Well, gang. It was just about time for someone to make a movie about a kids' show featuring an angry, murderous talking unicorn. What's that, you say? Sounds crazy? It is! BUDDY's (1:55) co-writer and director is Casper Kelly, mostly known for his work on Adult Swim. (Check out "Too Many Cooks" if you need an introduction.)

Anyway, Buddy wants to teach his four human child friends to dance, but one refuses. And when that kid disappears and leaves behind a bloody book, some of the other kids decide to figure out what's going on. You can imagine that the consequences are horrific (because they are), with a generous helping of absurdist humor. In the end, Evan and Dave were both on board, with some caveats.
