Mas Ati is a teacher, speaker, and founder of Xponential Intelligence (XI), whose work grew out of three near-death experiences that profoundly changed his understanding of consciousness and human potential. 

His first occurred at age 22, his second during a 2006 whitewater rafting accident in which he was trapped underwater for more than eight minutes, and his third in 2022, when his heart stopped after he was hospitalized in Peru. These experiences led Masati to develop Xponential Intelligence, an approach centered on consciousness, frequency, and identifying the deeper patterns he believes shape human behavior and experience.

A former web developer, Masati began working professionally with clients in 2009 and has since brought his work to individuals, business leaders, athletes, executives, and audiences around the world.
