Lasara Firefox Allen, MSW (they/them/Mx.) is an author, educator, and certified menopause doula and coach specializing in gender-affirming menopause care. As Founder and CEO of Genderqueer Futures LLC, they train healthcare providers, therapists, coaches, and allied professionals to deliver inclusive, trauma-informed menopause care for people of all genders.

Lasara is the author of Genderqueer Menopause (North Atlantic Books, 2026) and the forthcoming Magickal Menopause (Llewellyn, 2027), and host of The Genderqueer Menopause Coach podcast. They present nationally at conferences, including the UCSF Transgender Health Summit, GLMA, and NPWH.
