No one stays on top of things quite like a mother. They plan ahead to prevent chaos, juggle several responsibilities at once, and make something out of nothing when the need arises. Yet despite all that skill and endless sacrifice, mothers can also be hard on themselves: quick to judge themselves for failing, for falling short, or for simply not doing it right. And as if that inner pressure weren't enough, society adds its own layer of expectations, ideals, and standards. God knows it. He sees it. Before you were anyone's mother, you were His. And that has always been enough.
