Your Hormones and Metabolic Syndrome

Do you have hormonal problems? Did you know that your eating habits (time of eating, types of food, etc.) can set the stage? Like to find out AND how methylation is involved??

Then this is your podcast!!!

On Monday September 19, 2016 at 8PM eastern (which is also September 20th @ 10am EAST Australia QLD time), Dr. Jess has the honor of welcoming back Dr. Elizma Lambert of Loganholme QLD (Australia).

Her prior appearance on our podcast was so well received that I asked her to be a regular guest…and she accepted!!! This week she will speak on the interplay of hormones in metabolic syndrome.

Elizma Lambert is a Naturopath, Homeopath and registered GAPS practitioner with training in MAPS (Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs) and special interests in nutrigenomics, digestive disorders, mental health and auto-immune disease and has been in practice for 14 years.

Her journey in health began in earnest when her eldest son didn’t start talking until age 3 and displayed Asperger’s and ADHD traits. Moving away from the medical model she focused on removing infections in his gut, eliminating food intolerances, correcting nutritional deficiencies and re-establishing neural connections in the brain with various exercises. Today he is a handsome young teenager with no developmental or social differences between him and his peers.

Elizma continually increases her knowledge and is a true healer! She is bringing the concepts of Bio-Individualized Medicine ™ to Australia and regularly solves the puzzle of complex, multifactorial conditions! She is a methylation/nutrigenomic expert!

Join us and learn from this dynamic health care practitioner!
