Darcy The Mail Girl from The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs returns for the annual Talk Is Jericho Halloween Spooktacular, and this time she and Chris are breaking down the horror movie moments they can’t forget! They revisit the defibrillator scene in John Carpenter’s The Thing, Frank’s brutal finale in Hellraiser, Gage’s death in Pet Sematary, the shocking ending of Sleepaway Camp, the rules of Scream, the nightmare fuel of Takashi Miike’s Audition, and the moment Art the Clown made it clear that Terrifier was something different. Darcy explains why Freddy Krueger’s soul pizza in A Nightmare on Elm Street 4 made her an instant vegetarian, why Tina’s death in the original Nightmare terrified her for more than a year, and how Gremlins ruined guacamole for her! They get into Halloween III and the Silver Shamrock song, the demonic goat in When Evil Lurks, Pearl’s unforgettable final smile, the hobbling scene in Misery, Lucio Fulci’s infamous eyeball splinter in Zombie, Friday the 13th kills that still hit hard, and plenty more horrifying, disgusting, sad and completely unforgettable scenes!
