Next week Dublin hosts a run of major EU-related summits, including the European Political Community (EPC) meeting, bringing more than 50 leaders to the city amid a backdrop of bomb threats and growing insecurity across Europe.
Pat is joined from Brussels by Prof Donnacha Ó Beacháin, Professor of Politics at DCU , author of 'Unfinished Empire: Russian Imperialism in Ukraine and the Near Abroad', to explain what the EPC is, why it was created after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and what’s likely to dominate the agenda.
