Today I am talking about an interview that I conducted in Swedish earlier this year, regarding Professor Peo Hansen’s research on the economic reality of migration: resources vs. fiscal myths.

Hansen is a researcher and professor in political science at the Institute for Research on Migration, Ethnicity and Society (REMESO), Linkoping University, Sweden.

He is also an Adjunct professor at John Hopkins University, and Senior Fellow at European University Institute in Florence, and has written books like The Politics of European Citzenship (with Sandy Brian Hager); Eurafrica: The Untold History of European Integration and Colonialism (with Stefan Jonsson); and A Modern Migration Theory: An Alternative Economic Approach to Failed EU Policy.
