L'utile corretto per azione è stato di 3,74 dollari, sopra i 3,36 dollari previsti.
I ricavi sono arrivati a 22,86 miliardi di dollari, sopra i 22,42 miliardi previsti.
L'utile netto è sceso a 290 milioni di dollari, da 650 milioni un anno prima.
