Die USA haben im Jahr 2026 Sanktionen gegen den Internationalen Strafgerichtshof angekündigt, und der Gerichtshof ist ein ständiges Gericht für Kriegsverbrechen.
US-Außenminister Marco Rubio will das Gericht schwächen und ihm Geld und andere Mittel nehmen.
Die USA waren nie Mitglied des Gerichts.
Der Präsident des Gerichtshofs lehnt die Sanktionen ab und sagt: Das Gericht wird weiterarbeiten.
Unternehmen haben sechs Monate Zeit, ihre Verbindungen zum Gericht zu beenden.
