Most people hear "ballbusting" and picture the most extreme version they've ever seen. In this episode, I explain why that's almost never what a real CBT session looks like; and what's actually happening between the two people in the room.

CBT covers an enormous range: light sensation play at one end, genuine extremity at the other, and the whole scale is a dial, not a switch. I talk about what draws Me to it, My own first time, and the part almost nobody discusses; how a skilled top learns a specific body, reads response in real time, and meters intensity accordingly.

I also get into the element of fear play, why some submissives want forceful play from the jump while others need a deep trust foundation first, and the range of sensations involved: impact, squeezing and stretching, devices, electroplay, ball ties and humblers, predicament and bondage, and where medfet elements like needles and sounding come in.

And because this is an area where inexperience causes real harm: red flags on both sides of the slash. What should make a bottom walk away from a top, what should make a top decline a session, and how to actually build these skills rather than improvising on someone.

Topics: CBT, ballbusting, sensation play, pain processing, fear play, negotiating intensity, trust-building in D/s, medfet, and how to find real instruction.
