He reasons that the ‘Existential founders’ are the ones that win and for that reason, the most obsessive, wild founders are often ones that are born.
He goes on to discuss the value of looking at the skills- interest venn diagram to try and direct people to follow their passions instead of being directed by socially constructed guidelines.
