Eight people who were on board a United States Air Force B-52 Stratofortress died after the plane crashed shortly after takeoff at Edwards Air Force Base Monday morning. The memorandum of understanding outlining the U.S.-Iran deal has been signed electronically by both sides, U.S. officials say, and a signing ceremony is expected on Friday. A witness to the deadly plane crash that killed 11 skydivers and the pilot over the weekend said "the plane just completely like shattered with the ground" upon impact.
