As the Obama-era Memorandum of Understanding on US military financial aid to Israel is set to expire, Congress has added a provision to the National Defense Authorization Act for 2027 (Section 224) that would fully integrate the Israeli and US militaries, making the countries mutually dependent and giving the Zionist state full access to US intelligence.
