Guest: Chris Houston: Managing Director of Tadweld
Chris Houston is the Managing Director of the steel fabrication business, Tadweld, which he joined in 2022. Prior to this, Chris held a number of senior positions in the Aerospace & Defence industry, including Managing Director of a private equity backed distribution business in the US. He began his career at Rolls-Royce, where he developed a lean manufacturing, people centred and quality focused mindset.
