Two decades after first coming to Taiwan as a visiting journalist and later returning as a scholarship student, Kenton X. Chance is back in a new role: Ambassador of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
As SVG and Taiwan mark 45 years of diplomatic relations, Ambassador Chance joins ICRT's Tim Berge to discuss Taiwan's international participation, opportunities for deeper economic cooperation and the people-to-people ties connecting the two countries. He also reflects on food, language and how Taiwan has changed since his student days.
