A lot of Hat and No Cattle

All Hat and No Cattle means all show, no substance: The person looks the part or makes grand promises, but cannot back them up. 

Let's talk about that in this episode and about making hard choices. Here's what I want you to notice. When you make a hard choice from a grounded, aware place, it might still hurt, but it feels clean. When you choose because someone rushed you or scared you, it just feels like mind mess.  Let's work on cultivating our awareness so we don't make choices because of someone else's manipulation or influence.
