The promoters behind Rhythm and Vines say this year's music festival will be the last in Gisborne. The popular four day event has been held at Waiohika Estate for 24 years, but organisers delivered news to the region's Mayor today. Gisborne Mayor Rehette Stoltz spoke to Lisa Owen.
