Tariffs on Two Way Radios 1:25
On June 5 2025, Pennsylvania enacted Paul Miller’s Law. This new law bans the use of hand-held mobile devices in a vehicle, even when the vehicle is stationary. While many other states have hands-free laws, this one seems to be a little more concerning to mobile radio operators because it allows an exception for only one radio service and not the others. How will it affect the use of business, CB, GMRS and MURS mobile radio communications? Could this bring about the eventual end to on and off road mobile two way radios for those services as we know it?
