Join Jim and Greg for the Tuesday 3 Martini Lunch as they weigh in on California Gov. Gavin Newsom saying he will not run for president if Kamala Harris gets in the race, Maine Democratic Senate candidate Troy Jackson embracing the states "taking over" private property, Virginia paroling felons at a much higher rate since the Democrats took over this year, and Mitch McConnell returning to the U.S. Senate.

First, they're very skeptical about Gov. Newsom saying he won't run for the White House in 2028 if Kamala Harris runs. If Newsom is telling the truth, Jim and Greg offer differing theories on why he's suddenly willing to skip the campaign he's obviously been planning for years.

Next, they slam Troy Jackson for suggesting government take over property when rents are deemed too high. Jim explains why private property rights are a bedrock principle in America and why Jackson's approach is very dangerous.

Then, they vent over the Virginia Parole Board appointed by Democrat Gov. Abigail Spanberger granting parole to convicted felons - some of them violent criminals - at an exponentially higher pace than the board serving under recent GOP Gov. Glenn Youngkin.

Finally, they comment on the return of Kentucky Sen. Mitch McConnell to Capitol Hill after being away for three months for health reasons. Questions persist about his condition. Jim and Greg are glad he's back and they're also glad he's almost done with his time in the Senate.
