Jeff loved two things more than almost anything: his family and playing softball. Okay... maybe softball was tied for first. The guy practically lived at shortstop, and missing a game wasn't really in his vocabulary. After battling Crohn's disease and later cancer, Jeff's passion for helping others became just as legendary as his love of turning double plays.
Now his family keeps that legacy alive with the annual 100 Innings Challenge, raising money for Siteman Cancer Center while giving everyone an excuse to spend an entire day playing softball, laughing with friends, eating great food, and yes... enjoying a little free beer along the way.
