As Tom Brady teams up with WWE, the guys try to figure out which events he’ll actually join, followed by a quick look at Kenan Thompson’s surprise over Peyton Manning’s SNL comedy chops. Gio then shares his plan to meet his mom in the city for her birthday Broadway play—admitting he’s dreading a potential Nathan Lane understudy, and acknowledging he is utterly incapable of enjoying the show. Jerry kicks off his update with Luis Robert Jr.’s monster home run in the Mets’ 4-0 win over the Brewers, before moving to A’s rookie Joshua Kuroda-Grauer suffering a ruptured testicle after fouling a ball off his un-cupped nether region. Gio suspects Gary Cohen only sent get-well wishes on the Mets broadcast just so he could say "ruptured testicle" on air, and to no one's surprise, the show wraps up the hour by discussing the injury even further.
