In this episode, Drs. Katie Larson and Sherri Gard joined us to discuss how they became involved in organized veterinary medicine. Through her work with the Virginia VMA, Dr. Gard has had the opportunity to influence state legislation. Dr. Larson has served on the Horses at Risk working group for The Foundation for the Horse, as well as vice president and president of the New Hampshire VMA.
