A lot of times as believers we think the Pastor of the church is 'On The Hook' for doing all the work in the church. The New Testament Church should actually be built with a mindset that ALL believers and people of the church are 'On The Hook' to be ministers, use their spiritual gifts, and to build the Kingdom of God.
