Movie Mandates: WHAT’S UP, DOC? (The Streisand Effect)

Welcome to Movie Mandates, a review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme!  This month we're celebrating The Streisand Effect and we're kicking off the festivities with my mandated movie: Barbara Streisand's lauded throwback to the screwball comedies of the 40s, WHAT'S UP, DOC?  I'd heard this was a classic.  I'd heard this was hilarious.  I'd heard this was eminently quotable.

But why did no one tell me this has one of the best vehicular chases ever committed to film?!!!
