Tapping is a powerful tool for grounding ourselves and to help us to refocus. The problem is, that grounding and focus only lasts so long.

Before I start on something challenging, a few minutes of wordless tapping ensures I bring my best to the task. But if the task is difficult or it isn't going as planned, frustration makes itself known.

Usually it starts as a slow simmer in the background that then grows to the point where it's difficult to focus and function well.

It makes sense to tap when this happens, but usually we don't reach for tapping until our focus is completely lost.

It doesn't have to be this way! There is a simple process I use to keep from getting to this place. Instead, it is an easy way to sprinkle tapping in throughout the day to prevent frustration from getting the better of you. The tapping reminder is automatic.

This week in the podcast, I share with you the exact way I tap when doing tasks that are mentally and emotionally testing to ensure I can do my best work.

Listen to learn this process and implement it right away, tailored to your own particular working style.
