McGovern, an admirer of Andrew Bacevich, begins by taking issue with some of his comments about Putin and Russia on Democracy Now! that morning. Ray talks about the U.S. supported coup in Ukraine and ends the show explaining why a US agreement to not move NATO one inch to the east was never put to paper.
