That's no coincidence, as it happens to a lot of men. We go through lives holding it all together and looking good on the outside, but inside we're falling apart. How do we "man up" in those circumstances and get real? In our culture, it sounds like an oxymoron to even think like that. But high performing men in particular are the most likely ones to look like they have it all, but be empty inside...privately battling anxiety, stress, overwhelm and yes...imposter syndrome.
