Stage 6 was the race of truth – the Time Trial stage titled “Every second counts” and we saw not just seconds but minutes gained and lost by riders across the categories in both the women’s and men’s races. Some categories saw changes in GC, others saw the climbing or sprint competition decided but in every category we round up what’s done and dusted and what is left to play for on the last day of competition.
We have relative newcomer and emerging star of cycling esports, Cat 1 competitor Stephanie Meder who talks us through what she has got right…..and wrong, in her first MyWhoosh Championships! Our men’s Cat 1 guest is none other than Josh Harris, a man who has seen so much of the development of the discipline and is back once again racing the MyWhoosh Championships, hear his reflects on his current motivation to race and so much more.
In the last part of the show as the fatigue starts to take its toll Emma reveals just how close she predicted the TT stage times and Hayley, Emma & Matt look forward to Tuesday’s stage 7, the last of the MyWhoosh Championships where we anticipate a thrilling finish to the Race
