The Boston Bruins selected Vashek Blanar with the 100th overall draft pick they received as part of the Brandon Carlo trade. We were able to sit down with the 19-year-old defenseman and had a great discussion about his journey to being drafted, how the Bruins’ organization has continued to work with him beyond development camps, and what his goals are for the upcoming season as he tries to make the SHL.
