What happens when God chooses an ordinary, unknown disciple to play a critical role in His mission?
In Acts 9, Jesus sends Ananias to pray for Saul—a man who had been persecuting the church and would become the Apostle Paul. Ananias wasn't famous, powerful, or well-known. He was simply a disciple who was willing to say, “Here I am, Lord.”
This message challenges the Church to move from passive Christianity to active obedience. There are billions of people who have never heard the Gospel, and the mission of God isn't reserved for pastors, missionaries, or a select few. Every believer has a role to play through going, praying, giving, and making disciples.
The battle has already been won. The Lamb has conquered. The question is whether we will make ourselves available to follow Him wherever He leads.
