I've been testing a different way to work with AI, and it's making my workflows a lot easier to manage.

Instead of opening a different AI tool for every task, we're building everything into one Agent OS.

It's a central workspace where we can manage our AI agents, connect new tools, and create workflows for the things we do repeatedly.

Here's an example of what's possible:

✅ Need business videos? Connect Remotion.

✅ Need cinematic AI video? Explore Open Montage.

✅ Need images? Add a compatible image generation tool.

✅ Need voiceovers? Connect a text-to-speech tool.

✅ Need custom automation? Teach Hermes how to use the right tools.

One of the most useful things about this setup is how you can expand it.

Find a project on GitHub, give the link to your AI agent, and ask it to help integrate that functionality into your existing workspace.

Of course, you still need to review the software and test your integrations before relying on them.

In my new video, I walk through how we're using Agent OS + Hermes and explain the exact three-step method we follow:

Identify → Build → Test.

If you're running a business, working with clients, or just trying to reduce repetitive work, this is worth exploring.

What's one task you'd love to automate?
