Informed by a conversation with Dr. Melissa Carr from Henley Business School, this episode explores leadership in non-traditional organisations and the evolving conversation around equity, diversity and inclusion. We are asking what leadership do we require in a world where work itself is changing, where traditional employment structures are fragmenting, platform work is expanding and inclusion has become both a strategic priority and a political battleground.
