This week on Cozy Comfort Club, we’re heading back to the Yorkshire Dales to chat about All Creatures Great and Small Season 2, Episodes 4–6: “Many Happy Returns,” “The Last Man In,” and “Home Truths.”
James finally makes a decision about where he belongs, Helen and James take a major step forward in their relationship, and Tristan is forced to face the truth about his exam results. We also talk about Siegfried learning to loosen his grip on his younger brother, Mrs. Hall cautiously opening her heart, the importance of letting the people we love choose their own paths, and why Helen was my favorite character of this three-episode chapter.
And, of course, we’re talking about all the animals, beautiful Yorkshire scenery, cozy Skeldale House moments, cricket, tea, spring flowers, and one very emotional conversation between James and Mr. Alderson.
Spoiler warning: This episode contains spoilers for All Creatures Great and Small Season 2, Episodes 4–6.
