Drawing from her background in mental health and professional coaching, Jules shares what she learned working with highly successful adults who were still carrying deeply rooted feelings of not being enough. That experience helped fuel her passion for reaching girls earlier and teaching them how to care for their mental, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual well-being.
