About Loretta
Loretta has advised governments, central banks, law-enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities around the world on digital assets and the future of financial markets. She has played an instrumental role in developing legal and regulatory frameworks for digital finance across the Commonwealth and beyond. Her work leading the Commonwealth’s model laws earned her a Pro Bono Hero Award from the Commonwealth Secretariat, and she was recently awarded an honorary doctorate in international law in recognition of her global contribution to digital-finance regulation.
