This is your Week 29 Igbo language practice session from Igbo Daily Drops — 15 sentences learnt over the past week in Igbo daily drops, built for real-life use. Commands, requests, questions, and the kind of warm, human phrases that make the difference between knowing a language and living in it.
Work through each sentence at your own pace. You will hear it once, then again — then it is your turn.
The Igbo sentences we learnt this week are :
Mba, agaghị m eme ya. — No, I will not do it.
A gaghị m arụ ọrụ. — I will not work.
Ha agaghị abịa. — They will not come.
A gaghị m aga London — I will not go to London.
Anyị agaghị aga ahịa — We will not go to the market.
Anyị agaghị anọ ebe ahụ — We will not be there.
A gaghị m enwe ego. — I will not have money.
Anyị agaghị enwe oge. — We will not have time.
A gaghị m enwe wifi. — I will not have wifi.
Ọ bụ na ị gaghị abịa? — Will you not come?
Gịnị mere na ị gaghị aga? — Why will you not go?

This is the language your family carried. Now it is yours to carry too.
