Miami G Danny Daze joined me for a insightful chat about his breakthrough into the underground house scene in 2011 (15 years ago!) with 'Your Everything'.
Danny had already achieved success in a different scene, but 'Your Everything' changed his life when it blew up. With his grounding in electro and IDM, as well as Miami Bass, freestyle and much more, it took a lot of work to get himself out of the "deep house" pigeonhole he got put into.
Loved this chat. Danny keeps it real every single time, a seriously great DJ, and equally skilled producer who knows his music inside out and is still a very busy, and highly respected, touring artist all these years later.
