Alice Bleathman on sleep, daycare, and criticism online

Alice Bleathman is a dietitian and creator based near Byron Bay. Alice gave birth to her bub Tide over a year ago - only a few weeks before Steph gave birth to Billie. 

Steph connected with Alice online over their shared struggles with sleep and we were so excited to have her in the studio <3 

In this episode, Steph sits down with Alice to speak about the things she has changed her mind about in parenting, including sleep training, and daycare, as well as the judgment she has copped online for doing these things.
