Apparently, if you’re a childfree woman, some people think you should also have the “perfect” body. And if you don’t? They want to know what your excuse is.

After years of receiving comments from men about my body on @life.without.kids, a recent conversation with a friend made me realize something: those comments genuinely don’t bother me anymore. And that wasn’t always the case.

In this episode, I’m getting vulnerable about my journey with my body, what helped me stop tying my worth to how I look, and why I believe our childfree choice gives us a unique opportunity to break some of the generational cycles women have inherited around our bodies.

I also share three practices that have helped me build a more peaceful relationship with mine. Because being childfree means my body is mine, and I don’t owe it to motherhood, society, men, or anyone else.
