Several technicians had already declined the job. Once the vehicle arrived and the damage was viewed under proper PDR lighting, the repair turned out to be even more complex than the photos suggested.
Žan explains how he read the damage, why he used multiple lateral tensions, how he combined lifting, knockdown work and pushing, why aggressive pulling would have been a mistake, and why the tailgate eventually had to be removed and flipped to finish the hardest section.
