About Orla Bance:
Orla Bance is a chartered accountant, portfolio businesswoman and founder of CCR3 Academy, where coaches and consultants discover not just what their clients are like, but why.
She grew up in a family business, carrying responsibility from the age of eleven, and was reporting into a PLC board at 21. She has spent twenty years at board level in other people's companies and thirteen years as a consultant and business mentor through Alchemy Consultancy, advising construction and SME businesses as a fractional CFO and board adviser.
CCR3 Academy trains and accredits coaches, consultants and mentors in the CCR3 Discovery Process, which maps how people behave, what they value and how they manage emotion. Her focus is helping people grow their businesses through great tools and collaboration.
