This is for the hyper-independent girlies who need to fucking relax.

Today I talk about ‘operation delegation’ - my mission to delegate projects, responsibilities and tasks in my life -  so that I can stop bearing the cross of being the Woman Who Struggled Doing It All Herself. 

Learning how to receive help, ask for it and delegate things in your life is INSANELY FUCKING HARD because so much of our identity as women is tied up in how much of ourselves we can sacrifice. How do we learn to soften when we’re hyper independent? How do we learn that there is truly power in surrender?
