In this reflection, we examine the quiet cost of momentum.

Momentum feels productive. It feels responsible. It feels necessary. But constant motion can replace reflection. Speed can replace direction.

For us the working class, momentum often begins as survival. We keep moving because stopping feels dangerous. The system rewards urgency and punishes pause. Over time, motion becomes default.
