Have you ever danced with the sound of plants? Made music with a simple grass reed or strummed a guitar with high quality wood? Do you ever wonder if the plants can hear the music, or if they boogie to their own sub-audible plant party? In this episode we explore all things music and plants: from harmonic ratios in plant form, to instruments, mythology, plant sounds, plant hearing with a very special guest.
Slick Dissident is a great inspiration to me. He brings his syncro-mystic connection to the muses in his work of Capoeira, a Brazilian art form combining dance, music and martial arts.
I’ve learned so much about nature and reality through his untangling of the enneagram and what he calls the “Tarot-Tories,” a map of the US with a correspondence to the tarot cards and planetary movements.
