Built on the former site of St. Mary's Orphan Asylum in Galveston, Texas, where a devastating hurricane claimed the lives of nuns and children in 1900, the store has inspired decades of ghost stories. We're talking mysterious children's voices, toys turning on by themselves, invisible bouncing balls, and some very unsettling employee accounts.
