NFL wide receiver and former BYU standout Chase Roberts joins Olivia to talk about what it looks like to choose faith when you have absolutely no idea what comes next.

After injuries disrupted his NFL Combine preparation, Chase was advised not to run the 40-yard dash. He chose to run anyway, and finished with the slowest time of the receivers who participated. But for Chase, that moment became about something bigger than a number: deciding whether he was going to live his life in fear or move forward in faith. And wouldn't you know it? Chase is now playing for the Las Vegas Raiders.

Chase and Olivia talk about trusting God when His plan looks different than yours, finding peace in uncertainty, feeling behind in your 20s, unanswered prayers, breakups, identity beyond achievement, and why some of the hardest seasons of our lives may be the ones shaping us the most.

Chase also shares what it’s been like going from BYU to the NFL, stepping into an uncertain future with the Las Vegas Raiders, and using his platform to point people back to God.

If you’re in a season where you can’t see how everything is going to work out, this episode is a reminder that you don’t have to know the ending to move forward with faith. Uncertainty can be your greatest asset.
