She's the Champ is back for another full game week of fixtures, and this week we are venturing to Championship North with West Park Leeds' captain Lauren Roberts. A fly half who loves a ruck, Lauren's a versatile player across different positions and different codes, bringing experience and leadership to the side. She talks to Bluebell about how growing up in Dubai meant she got into rugby through 7s, and how her career's taken her around the world, including playing in Spain. They also talk about the challenge for Champ sides which aren't linked to a Prem side, the politics of plaiting on game day and which artist should be considered the unofficial of women's rugby.
Plus Bluebell wraps up the three games played in the bye week, looks ahead to a full week of fixtures this weekend and goes through the tables for the first time this season.
She's the Champ is sponsored by W RUGBY and Project Won for Won. Rugby reinvented for the new generation. Check out their website to find out more.
